Other Observers:

The dam area at Brookville Lake was packed with waterfowl yesterday afternoon because the rest of the lake was frozen. I did not venture north of Fairfield causeway because everything was frozen there save for a small lead in the north basin and the marina area at Sagamore Resort.  There were also many ducks on the Whitewater River below the dam through the town of Brookville. I also had 10 Lapland Longspurs and with 75 Horned Larks in the nearby countryside. The White-winged Scoter was an immature/female type and loosely associating with pintail on the main reservoir.
