Other Observers:

I bopped around from Kellog soccer fields to Kelly Nature Preserve.  The flooded fields had pie billed grebes, blue winged teal, mallards, ring necked duck, lesser scaup and canada goose.  Camp Denison had lots of horned grebes, red breasted mergansers and a couple of pie-billed.  Kelly Nature Preserve had a FOS blue-grey gnatcatcher, dozens of golden crowned kinglets, brown creeper, towhee, white throated sparrow, cardinal, robins, pileated, red bellied, great blue heron, red tailed hawks, one soaring and the other visible on it’s nest across the river. Also located two great horned owls but didn’t see a nest anywhere. Phoebe, white breasted nuthatch, carolina wren, chickadee.
