Join speaker Judy Semroc to learn about Chimney Swifts and the important part they play in our ecology. Judy currently works as a conservation specialist in the Division of Natural Areas of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. She is the founder of several conservation-related organizations including Chrysalis in Time,the first Ohio chapter of the North American Butterfly Association. Judy has co-authored two natural history guides: Dragonflies and Damselflies of Northeast Ohio and Goldenrods of Northeast Ohio: A Field Guide to Identification and Natural History. A former petroleum geologist and science teacher, our speaker loves to learn about and share her passion for the natural world through hikes, interpretive programs, and photography.
