Xavier professor Dr. George Farnsworth studied the puzzle-solving abilities of our local wild population and revealed amazing problem resolution abilities in untrained wild birds. By designing custom trapdoor feeders\, Dr. Farnsworth and his students were able to peek into the avian mind and observe their ability to analyze a puzzle numerically in order to take the path of least resistance to a free dinner.
